Photographers, Know Your Rights – Do you know your rights? Who, what, and where you can photograph? It is a constitutional right to make images of almost anything in the United States when you are in a public area. If you are ever put in a situation where you are being harassed by a security guard, police officer or even a private citizen for taking pictures you need to know your rights.
