So I have to assume he ran it. My uncle Joe used to ride along as a boy. After Graduating from UMASS in 1974 I got a job in the B&M Signal Dept, and 10.5 years later I became a Signal &Train Control Inspecctor for the FRA. Retired after almost 31 years. No idea this locomtive was here in Gorham.
